IT-7755 Arion Bright Zinc Coating performs like a hot dip galvanized coating to prevent rust and corrosion on all types of metals for up to two years. It works electro-chemically on all ferrous metals, providing rust and corrosion protection indoors and outdoors. This can also be used as a primer over rusted metal to repair hot dip galvanizing. Specially formulated, it provides a tough, flexible coating that will not crack or peel even in extreme heat or cold.

The product formulated with 95% purity zinc works like a hot-dip on ferrous metals indoors and outdoors. It withstands water temperature up to 100°C and continuous dry heat up to 400°C. Commonly used as a flash rust preventive on welded areas, the coating which is flexible coating will not yellow, chalk, crack or peel & offers a long term protection.

IT-7486 High Temperature Chain Lubricant is formulated with select synthetic oils, performance enhancing additives for tack, anti-wear and EP properties, IT-7486 chain lubricant is designed for all type of chain and wire rope drives operating in high temperature zones. The lubricant is compatible to most sensitive paint systems.

Its exceptional high temperature stability makes it a lubricant of choice for the automotive paint baking systems. IT-7486 exhibits a remarkably resistance against oxidation and evaporation at elevated temperatures. The higher temperature performance of the lubricant coupled with a substantial reduction in the coefficient of friction, it offers enables greater mechanical efficiency achieved in the chain transmission.

IT-7487 High Temperature Chain Lubricant is a premium quality fully synthetic fluid designed with a high viscosity for high temperature applications, the lubricant is non-carbonizing and an ash less lubricant. It does not form carbon, gum or sludge exhibits a very low evaporation rate making it last longer. It also has outstanding wetting and spreading properties.

IT-7410 Synthetic Wire Rope Lubricant is a semi-solid wire rope lubricant not only protects against external corrosion but it also penetrates to give internal lubrication and protection. The lubricant is specially formulated, highly penetrating rust preventive lubricant with excellent load carrying capacity. The lubricant penetrates to the core of wire ropes while they are running or stationary. The lubricant contains a combination of solid lubricants & is formulated to resist fretting corrosion and is water repellent to provide outstanding protection against rust.

The lubricant features deep wetting and penetrating properties providing excellent load & anti-wear properties. It is strongly adhesive and does not drip or fling & has a high flash point. Exhibiting a wide temperature range it doesn’t leave any deposits, making inspection of wire ropes easy. Some examples of application are its use on all stationary or moving wire ropes or cables under heavy loads, chains of all sizes.

It can be used in any application that requires excellent rust protection to steel parts on marine and offshore wire ropes, logging wire ropes, and mining or on cranes & hoists.

IT-7497 High Temperature Adhesive Chain Lubricant is a high temperature synthetic adhesive chain lubricant designed for lubrication of the chains and wire ropes exposed to high speeds, water/sea-water contamination. It gives excellent protection against corrosion & wear.

It also does not get thrown of at high speeds and is neutral to ‘O’ rings. Typical examples of application are for lubrication of the Industrial chains, chains which operate under water, seawater or those having which are exposed to steam. It is a lubricant of choice for chains operating in dusty/ dirty atmospheres or for roller chains such as in motorcycles, forklifts, etc. The lubricant reduces wear, is economical in use and extends re-lubrication intervals.

Compressor Oils:

Omnilube® 520, 546, 568, 5131 and 640.- These oils are ISO VG 32 through 150 Hi food grade oils for use in a wide variety of rotary screw, rotary vane, and reciprocating compressors and vacuum pumps. Recommended change-out intervals are 2,000 to 4,000 hours.

Omnilube® 32/46, 68 and 455are novel, recently developed rotary screw and reciprocating air compressor lubricants with greatly improved wear, oxidation and lubricity vs. currently available H-1 food grade synthetic lubricants. These lubricants were designed with a proprietary additive package, are registered with NSF and meet USDA H-1 requirements. Field tests have shown these lubricants to outlast other synthetic H-1 lubricants by 50%to 100%.

Multipurpose Hydraulic Oils:

Omnilube® FGH 1000 Series Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Oils.-These oils are suitable for hydraulic systems, bearings, oven chains, canning applications, and valves.

Omnilube® FGH 2000 Series High Load AW Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Oils. - These premium quality oils are intended for use where longer oil change intervals or more extreme duty cycles require a longer lasting, heavier duty product.

Gear Oils:

Omnilube® FGG 1000 Gear Oil Series. - These oils are suitable for use in gear sets, worm gears, bearings and as chain lubricants.

Applications:
Chemlube EP Gear Oils consist of five SAE rated, fully 100% synthetic, heavy duty gear oils composed of synthetic ester base fluids for a wide variety of extreme pressure industrial applications and automotive differential applications. Area of special interest are extreme environmental applications, as well as those where high heat resistance, anti-wear and superior lubricity of enclosed gearboxes is a necessity. The highly polar nature of these ester based gear oils allows them to wet metal surfaces and provide lubrication on start-up after prolonged periods of inactivity.

IT-7403 Adhesive Mineral Chain Lubricant is high performance ambient temperature chain oil designed for lubrication of the industrial conveyors, chains and wire ropes. Being adhesive, the lubricant resists fling-off & does not get thrown off when used on high speed chains. It gives an excellent protection against corrosion & wear.
