IT-1085 Dry Moly Bonded Coating Spray is a dry lubricating bonded coating that is designed for lubrication of the sliding surfaces operating in dirty/dusty atmospheres.

It is also used for lubrication of coarse chains and guide ways operating under high loads and exposed to high temperatures or as a lubricant for highly stressed joints with slow sliding speeds and/or oscillating movements.

IT-1095 Autoconer Spray is designed as a non-staining cleaner/lubricant for modern textile machinery used for various operations such as spinning, winding weaving and knitting etc.

IT-1200 Assembly Lubricant Spray is a assembly paste based on molybdenum disulphide for priming of heavy duty bearings, machine guide-ways, lead screws or other similar applications which are also exposed to heat and load. Used as a lubricant for press-fitting of machine components or as an anti-seize compound for threaded connections exposed to acidic and alkaline atmospheres. The product offers the first basic treatment of metallic sliding surfaces of every kind, in initial and repair assemblies.

IT-1099 Off Line Contact Cleaner Spray featuring a fast evaporating action without leaving any residues, the product has a deep penetrating action & is suitable to remove grease, dirt, oil and other surface contaminants from sensitive electrical/electronic devices.

It is harmless to plastics and other on-board elastomer/polyimide components.

IT-1101 Precision Cleaner Solvent Spray For Electronics is a precision cleaner solvent based on HFC fluid with zero ozone-depletion and a low global warming potential is designed for precision cleaning of the electronic components.

It is ideally suited for cleaning fine particulate matter (submicron range) from metal and nonmetal parts. Typical applications include: as a cleaning and rinsing agent, as drying fluid, for particulate removal or as a dielectric fluid etc. It replaces for many HCFC, PFC, and CFC-113 applications.

IT-1103 Silicone Mold Release Spray is specially formulated mold release agent that is ideal for all types of plastics. It is designed for quick, clean releases on thermosets as well as thermoplastics.

IT-1204 Copper Based Anti-Seize Compound Spray is a high temperature copper based anti-seize compound in a spray form, the product provides protection against high temperature seizing and galling. All mated parts, studs, bolts, flanges and gaskets, remove more easily and in cleaner and better condition.

This product can be used on copper, brass, cast iron, steel, all alloys including stainless steel, all plastics and all non-metallic gasketing materials. It performs as an ideal assembly lubricant for threaded connections, especially the ones exposed to high temperatures and vibratory loads.

IT-1204 prevents seizing and sintering of threaded connections at high temperatures and makes dismantling easy even after long hours of operation. The lubricating properties of the compound provide an optimum balance between the tightening torque and he pretension.

IT-1088 is a flexible coating specially formulated for use on electrical equipment. It protects against moisture and corrosion. It possesses high arc-resistance and insulating properties. It is successfully used in applications that range from class 105 to 220. The product penetrates thoroughly and forms a tough, flexible film which has a high arc resistance and non-tracking properties. The coating resists oil, water, acids and alkalis & has an excellent adhesion.

IT-1091 Wet Corrosion Protection Spray is a wet, thin-film thixotropic coating designed for protection of the finely machined metal surfaces such as tools, dies, molds, including plastic injection molds, spare parts, machines etc. against corrosion during storage and transport.

This coating also protects under tropical climate and marine conditions. Product features include its ease of application removal. The film deposited is thin coating which is removable and also lubricating. It is ideal for components where markings must remain visible or those where coated parts are to be welded or assembled directly without any preparation. Traditionally used for preservation of the plastic injection molds, some of its other applications include its use for protection of engineering components exposed to high corrosive loading, e.g. outdoor weathering under roofs of semi-finished products, finished products etc. up to 2 years.

It is an excellent choice for use on shipping protection of packed and unpacked machines and machine parts, apparatuses and equipment goods under extreme climatic conditions. After application, it forms a transparent, oily protective film that will not run off and also adheres well to vertical surfaces.

IT-1201 Refrigeration Spray is designed for quick detection of thermic-disconnections in electronic circuits. The spray can also be used to prevent damage by heat of precious electronic components while soldering adjacent areas. Another common application of this product is its use to facilitate assemblies with shrink-fit.

This can also be used for attaining low temperatures for short durations for material testing. The spray can cool surfaces immediately even down to - 45 ºC depending on the time of spraying. IT-1105 Anti Corrosion Coating Spray is a zinc based bright cold galvanizing spray to prevent rust and corrosion on all types of metals for up to two years.

This can also be used as a primer over rusted metal to repair hot dip galvanizing. Specially formulated, it provides a tough, flexible coating that will not crack or peel even in extreme heat or cold. Glossy finish helps the coating to blend well with the hot dip galvanized parts and hence used extensively for repair & maintenance.

IT-1097 Adhesive Chain Lubricant Spray is a High temperature synthetic adhesive chain oil spray designed lubrication of the chains and wire ropes exposed to high speeds, water/sea-water contamination.

It gives excellent protection against corrosion & wear. Tack additives prevent the lubricant getting thrown of at high speeds. The lubricant is neutral to ‘O’ rings.

IT-1203 Teflon Li Grease Spray is ideal for heavy-duty applications, the lubricant – also designed for easy dispensing will not melt, freeze, wash off, or break down under high speeds, extreme heat or heavy loads. IT-1094 Penetrant Spray is a multifunctional fluid designed as a maintenance aid. The product helps loosen rust, dismantle corroded & seized threaded connections. It displaces moisture and therefore is used for restoring wet electrical contacts. It provides mild lubrication and protects against corrosion. A low viscosity fluid, it is also often used for short-term corrosion protection esp. for corrosion protection of measuring and cutting tools.
The product provides a combination of cleaning and thin film lubrication and absorbs remains of water, leaving behind a protective film on the surface which is compatible with common sealing materials. IT-1098 Motorcycle Chain Oil Spray are high-speed applications that operate in tough conditions like rain, dirt, sand, and high shock loads. These specially developed chains are used as the part of the drive train to transmit the motor power to the back wheel. The chain must never be run dry. Lubricating the chain regularly prolongs its life.

IT-1098 is based on synthetic oils containing oil soluble organo-moly compounds.
