IT-9200 Moly Based Assembly Paste is extreme-pressure lubricant for assembly, press fitting, threaded connections, running-in and maintenance. Containing a blend of molybdenum disulfide and white solid lubricants in a mineral oil, it serves as a multipurpose heavy duty lubricating and assembly paste.

It is helpful in preventing galling during run in, helps extend the service life of moving parts, and helps protect against fretting wear and corrosion as well as welding of static joints. This product features a low coefficient of friction immediately upon application, without burnishing with a service temperature range of - 30 °C to + 450 °C.

IT-9201 Copper Based Anti Seize Compound Paste provides a protection against high temperature seizing and galling. The product is used for facilitating easy dismantling of all mated parts, studs, bolts, flanges and gaskets which are subject to very high temperature of upto + 650 °C, aggressive marine environment, water or steam etc.

It works as an ideal assembly lubricant for threaded connections, especially the ones exposed to high temperatures and vibratory loads, preventing seizing and sintering of threaded connections at high temperatures, and makes dismantling easy even after long hours of operation. In addition the lubricating properties of the compound provide an optimum balance between the tightening torque and the pretension.

IT-9202 Solid Lubricating Paste is a solid lubricant rich paste designed for assembly and running-in of the metallic components. It is designed for use for the press-fit assemblies, as a running-in lubricant for new machines and gears or as a lubricant for machine elements subject to intermittent movement.

IT-9204 Nickel Based Anti Seize Compound Paste is formulated to work at places where there is exposure to extreme high temperatures.

It is used where use of copper based compounds is not desirable. Typical examples of application are in boiler plants & its mounted assemblies, for assembly of screw joints subject to high temperature and corrosive environment e.g. at internal combustion engines, threaded connections on pipes, flanges and armatures, exhausts and combustion chambers, bolts for gas and oil burning equipment or as a parting lubrication on metals allergic to seizing e.g. high alloy steels.

The paste exhibits a very high temperature range, it is highly efficient against corrosion, suppresses stick-slip and prevents seizure and scoring & facilitates easy dismantling. It reduces formation of fretting corrosion.

IT-9205 Chuck Paste need lubrication to maintain a high and a constant clamping force on work-pieces or tools. This also ensures the work pieces are held safely throughout machining. Chuck pastes, used as lubricant for the chuck-jaws must resist high rotational speeds of the chucks, as much as the coolant wash; providing a stable and continuous lubrication even in face of these adverse conditions.

These must also provide adequate lubrication preventing temperature rises as number of clamping operations increase. IT-9205 features constant coefficient of friction ensuring high and constant clamping force. It is adhesive exhibits longer re-lubrication intervals with very low drop in clamping force, even with complex chuck designs. Use of IT-9205 provides excellent corrosion protection.

IT-9203 Marine Grade Lubricating And Anti Seize Paste is a solid lubricant rich, heavy duty anti-seize and extreme pressure lubricating paste designed for marine applications. It is formulated to protect parts against seizure, galling and corrosion in fresh and salt water environments. Typical applications include its use on winches/cables, rack & pinion mechanisms on off-shore & on-shore rigging, suspension bridges or rigging & hoist cables etc. The paste provides high pressure absorption capability and low friction coefficient.

It suppresses stick-slip and prevents seizure and scoring & facilitates easy dismantling while reducing formation of fretting corrosion.

IT-3307 Silicone Insulator Paste is grease like translucent silicone paste designed for requirements of moisture-proof dielectric seal for ignition systems, electrical systems and electronic equipment. It is stable in the temperature range of 50 to 200 ^oC. The paste possesses very high dielectric and lubricating properties, high order of water repellency and oxidation resistance which makes it a most amazing water, moisture and dielectric seal-cum-lubricant for switches, cable and cable connectors, battery terminals rubbers and plastics, electrical insulators and ceramic bushings.

Applied on electrical insulators and bushings, it prevents the formation of a continuous conducting film of water and thus prevent flashover, minimize electrical leakage and reduce maintenance. It readily wets and adheres, to dry surfaces of metals, ceramics, rubber, plastics and other insulating materials, giving them very high surface resistivity, even under moisture-condensing and dust/ash laden atmosphere. It protects and maintains the flexibility and resilience of rubbers, plastics and similar materials.
